JOB DESCRIPTION: Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Assist with transfers from bed, wheelchair and chair
Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting
Meal preparation
Light Housekeeping
Companionship
Medication reminder
Maintaining and establishing a professional report with the office staff, client, as well with client's family

*South Barrington- Live in 3 days per week
*Elgin-every other weekend morning
*Huntley- every other weekend morning
*Huntley- Live in 3 days per week
