Primary Duties

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living as assigned.
Prepare meals and perform light household tasks.
Offer companionship and appropriate supervision.
Follow care plans, safety procedures, and agency policies.
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate concerns.
