Make a difference where it matters most. Assisting Hands Home Care of West Houston is looking for compassionate Caregivers to join our team serving families in the 77450 Katy/Cinco Ranch area.
We are hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions, making this a great opportunity for experienced caregivers looking for a consistent schedule or those who need flexibility around their availability.
Responsibilities
- Support clients with everyday activities and personal care
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other care needs as assigned
- Provide companionship and conversation
- Assist with safe movement and transfers
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Offer hydration and medication reminders
- Help keep the client's living area neat and safe
- Provide transportation or assistance with errands when applicable
- Follow the client's care plan and communicate important updates to the office

- Dependable, trustworthy, and professional
- Patient and respectful toward seniors and families
- Experienced in caregiving or willing to learn
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
- A strong communicator
