At Assisting Hands Home Care, our caregivers provide the one-on-one support that allows seniors and individuals to continue living safely and comfortably at home. We're growing our team and looking for Caregivers, CNAs, and Home Health Aides who take pride in helping others. The Work You'll Do
No two clients are exactly alike. Your schedule and responsibilities will depend on the individual care plan, but your day may include:
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Helping with meals and light housekeeping
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Assisting with walking, mobility, and daily routines
- Helping clients stay active and engaged
- Providing reminders and support throughout the day
- Following the client's established care plan
- Reporting changes, concerns, or important updates to the office
- Maintaining accurate documentation of the care you provide
Above all, you'll help create a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment where clients can maintain as much independence as possible.

- Able to work independently while following a care plan
- Flexible and willing to travel to different client locations
Experience
At least 1 year of caregiving experience is preferred.
Experience as a caregiver, CNA, HHA, private-duty caregiver, or home care professional is highly valued but not required.
You Must Have
- Personal Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Our caregivers serve clients throughout the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, including:
Schaumburg • Hoffman Estates • Palatine • Rolling Meadows • Elk Grove Village • Des Plaines • Park Ridge • Surrounding Areas
