Serving the Northwest Suburbs: Des Plaines, Elk Grove, Park Ridge, Palatine, Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates.
Responsibilities may include:
- Personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and emotional support
- Mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation
- Transportation to appointments or errands, when applicable
- Following individual care plans and client routines
- Monitoring and reporting changes in a client’s condition to the office team
- Providing respectful, dependable care while maintaining client dignity and independence
Requirements
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred (Personal caregiving experience may be considered)
- Must be dependable, compassionate, and patient
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to follow care plans and client-specific instructions
