Elderly male client
Location: Anthem, AZ, 85086
Shift: Every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (9:30 am to 4:30 pm)
Reliable transportation required

Requirements

At least 2 year experience working with seniors
Must have experience in Dementia and Alzheimer's
Caregiver Certificate / DCW / HHA / CNA
Valid driver's license
