Assisting Hands Home Care – Emerald Coast

Are you a compassionate caregiver looking for a company that values the important work you do? Assisting Hands Home Care is growing, and we want YOU to be part of our team!

We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide quality, one-on-one care to clients throughout the Emerald Coast. Caregivers who meet all required qualifications can start at $18/hour. Training guidance is available for those who need assistance completing requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Depending on each client's individual care plan, caregivers may assist with:

Personal care and daily living activities
Bathing, grooming, and hygiene
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Companionship and conversation
Medication reminders
Walking and mobility assistance/ Transfers and positioning
Respite care
Running errands
And other duties outlined in the client's care plan

Qualified applicants should have:

A current CNA license or HHA certification
Valid CPR certification with in-person instruction
Required CNA/HHA coursework completed (we can provide a list of requirements)
Eligibility for a Level 2 Background Check
Previous caregiving experience preferred
A compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered attitude
Strong communication skills
The ability to work independently while also being part of a team
