About the Role:
Assisting Hands - Pinellas is looking for compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our growing care team serving the Clearwater, Pinellas, St. Pete, and Seminole areas. Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
  • Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
  • Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
  • Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands as needed
  • Maintain accurate care logs and documentation per agency guidelines
Requirements:
  • Valid HHA certification or CNA license in the state of Florida
  • Prior experience in home health, personal care, or a clinical setting preferred
  • Reliable transportation to service areas including Clearwater, Pinellas Park, St. Pete, and Seminole
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
