About the Role:
Assisting Hands of Chester County South is looking for a motivated and people-focused Recruiter / Administrative professional to join our growing team in Kennett Square, PA. In this dual-impact role, you'll help bring in the compassionate caregivers that make our mission possible while keeping our office running smoothly. Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for caregiver and support staff positions
- Post job listings across job boards, social media, and community platforms to attract top talent
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from application through onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee and applicant records in HR and scheduling systems
- Support day-to-day administrative operations including phones, filing, and correspondence
- Coordinate background checks, references, and new hire documentation
- Assist with employee retention efforts and engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Prior experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new software systems
- Experience in home care, healthcare, or a service-based industry is a plus
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
