Location: Montgomery County, PA (Assisting Hands of Collegeville)
Pay: $18.00/hr + $100 On-Call Week Stipend
Schedule: Monday – Friday, between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Up to 40 hours/week)

Responsibilities & Leadership Duties
As a caregiver, you will act as a foundational pillar for our care team:
  • Flex Coverage: Rapidly deploy to cover open shifts or initiate care with new clients across our service area to guarantee a flawless start of care. 
  • Mentorship & Training: Provide on-site coaching, support, and relationship-building visits to our care staff.
  • Care Plan Management: Observe clients for changes in condition, communicate updates to the Client Care Coordinator, and brief caregivers before they start a new case.
  • Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate care notes, ADLs, and employee feedback logs within AxisCare in strict compliance with HIPAA laws.
Requirements
  • Active Pennsylvania CNA License is preferred
  • 4+ years of professional caregiving experience (Home Health Aide or equivalent). 
  • Previous healthcare management or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable auto insurance, and willingness to drive clients within our service area.
  • Complete availability for a 7-day on-call rotation at least once per month.
  • Willingness to provide or obtain a CPR Certification and a TB Test Result
