We’re a new Assisting Hands Home Care agency in Sugar Land, TX, and we’re looking for a Client Care Coordinator who already understands caregiving. If you’ve worked as a caregiver, CNA, or scheduler and want to grow your career, this role is a strong next step.
What You’ll Do
- Support scheduling and match caregivers to clients
- Handle client intake calls and service needs
- Communicate with caregivers and families
- Complete non‑clinical in‑home check-ins
- Keep client notes and care plans organized
- Help build simple, effective start‑up processes
What We’re Looking For
- Caregiver, CNA, or home care experience strongly preferred
- Friendly, organized, and reliable
- Comfortable with basic scheduling software
- Professional communication skills
- Reliable transportation for occasional visits
