Seeking a supportive Scheduling Coordinator who is a capable problem solver, knows how to prioritize, and is detailed oriented.

Schedule:
 To be determined based on organizational needs and candidate availability

Responsibilities Include:
  • Maintaining a positive relationships with caregivers and clients
  • Providing staffing and scheduling services. 
  • Match the needs of our clients with the personalities and talents of our caregivers
  • Extensive computer and telephone work
  • Frequent phone/email/texting interaction with caregivers, clients, and health care professionals
Ideal candidate for this position:
  • At least 2 years experience working  in home care or in a scheduling / office administration position
  • Enjoys working with a variety of people and personality types
  • Organized and self-disciplined 
  • Empathetic to the needs of our caregivers and clients
  • Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast paced environment
  • It's naturally analytical and can handle shifting priorities while working independently
  • Fulfilled by helping seniors remain healthy and independent at home
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfortable working within scheduling software
Regular office hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday. Scheduling Coordinator will be providing coverage outside of office hours.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
