Caregiver (CNA) Manager

  • Starting Pay: $20/hour
  • Schedule: The base schedule is up to a 40-hour work week. Normally scheduled from 9 am–5 pm, Monday – Friday. Expected to be available from 7 am - 7 pm weekdays as needed. 
  • On-call: Required to cover any emergent needs for 7 days during the month. The first week on-call will begin following the third full week of work.  The Caregiver Manager will be on-call a minimum of once each month, and you will be compensated an additional $100 for each on-call week.

What You’ll Do

  • Client & Field Support: Provide occasional high-quality, 1:1 hands-on care and ensure care plans are followed with dignity.
  • Caregiver Leadership: Serve as a resource for caregivers in the field. Assist with mentoring, coaching, and making them feel heard.
  • Office Coordination: Partner with the office team to learn scheduling, documentation, and problem-solving processes.
