On-Call Caregiver
- On-Call Pay: $22/hr for emergency dispatches | $5/hr when on standby | $18/hr for standard shift pick-ups
- Guaranteed Daily Stipend: $60/day just for keeping your phone on (whether you are dispatched or not)

The Critical Criteria You Must Meet First
- Credentials: Active Pennsylvania CNA license OR a minimum of 4 years of solid HHA experience.
- Proximity & Radius: Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and the ability to travel to any client within Montgomery County.

Response Time: Ability to confidently commit to a 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM on-call window and reliably arrive at a client's home within 1 hour of notification.
