Who We're Looking For
We're not hiring for home care experience. We're hiring for personality, drive, and the ability to connect with people. This role is a great fit if you come from hospitality, restaurant management, hotel sales, event planning, customer service, or any people-focused field where building trust and following up consistently was part of the job.
We're open to hiring either a full-time or part-time team member for this position. If you're the right fit, we're willing to discuss a schedule that works for both you and our team.

- Outgoing and comfortable starting conversations with new people
- Professional, reliable, and easy to like
- Motivated by goals and the chance to grow their income
- A strong follow-up person who stays organized

What You'll Do
You'll spend most of your time out in the community, building and maintaining relationships with professionals who work with older adults and families — places like hospitals, doctor's offices, senior living communities, rehab centers, and VA contacts.
Day to day, that looks like:
- Meeting new referral partners and introducing Assisting Hands
- Consistently following up with existing relationships
- Representing us at community events
- Educating professionals and families about our services
- Tracking your activity and results
About Assisting Hands Home Care
We provide non-medical in-home care to seniors and adults who need help with daily living. Our caregivers are W-2 employees — insured, trained, and backed by a local office team. We serve families with compassion, professionalism, and accountability. We are family owned and operated.
Compensation
Base salary plus commission. Base ranges from $36K - $44K + unlimited commissions. We're open about compensation based on your experience and fit — let's talk.
