Hoyer Caregivers Experienced $16-$20 per Hour

Duties include:

Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, while always treating each individual with kindness and respect
Preparing nutritious meals and providing feeding assistance with patience, encouragement, and compassion
Performing light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Providing mobility assistance, transfers, and lifting support while prioritizing client safety, comfort, and dignity
Building meaningful relationships with clients through attentive, compassionate care

Required:

Manual Hoyer Experience
1–3 years of caregiving experience
Ability to physically assist clients with mobility and transfers
Reliable transportation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to listen, empathize, and provide attentive support to seniors
Experience with gait belt transfers
Knowledge of caregiving best practices and a willingness to continue learning and growing professionally
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Must be 21+ years old for company insurance purposes involving client transportation
