This role is ideal if you want:
- Flexible, as-needed hours
- Short-term assignments (1–3 weeks or occasional coverage)
- Overnight or short live-in opportunities
- Supplemental income between cases or alongside another job
What we offer:

What you’ll do:
- Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
- Offer companionship and supervision while primary caregivers are away
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Medication reminders and documentation
- Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
Requirements:
- Valid PCA, HHA, or CNA certification in the State of Virginia
- CPR certification and negative TB screening
- Ability to pass a background check per Virginia regulations
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. and assist clients safely
