About the Role:

Join Assisting Hands of North & South Charlotte as an RN and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
Assist with daily living activities and promote patient independence.
Provide training to caregivers and corrdinate educational sessions for families.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home Care or community care.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach to care.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
