Part-Time Caregiver – Marietta, GA – $15–$18/hr – Daytime Availability

Think about what it means to help someone stay in their own home. Their own bedroom, their own kitchen, their own routine. For a lot of older adults and people with disabilities, that's only possible because of the caregiver who shows up every week.

That's the job.

We're Assisting Hands Home Care, a locally owned agency in Kennesaw serving clients across Marietta and Cobb County. We're looking for a few good caregivers who are available during the day and want consistent, meaningful work — not just the next gig.

Our clients' care needs run throughout the day, so we schedule in four-hour windows: mornings, midday, and late afternoon into early evening. If your days are open and you're looking for steady hours, we can put together a schedule that works around your availability. Most of our caregivers are working at least 15–20 hours a week, and many build from there.

The work itself is personal. You'll help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, getting meals on the table, light housekeeping, and getting around the house safely. You'll be a steady presence in someone's day, which matters more than most job descriptions let on.

What we need from you: a valid Georgia driver's license with your own insured vehicle, current CPR and First Aid certification, a negative TB test or chest X-ray, and the ability to clear a background check. CNA or PCA experience is preferred — but if you have the heart for this work and solid caregiving experience, we offer paid training.

In return, you'll earn $15–$18/hr depending on your experience and certifications. We reimburse mileage between client visits, pay time-and-a-half on holidays, pay bi-weekly, and offer referral bonuses. Our management team is available around the clock — not because we expect problems, but because we don't leave our caregivers without support.
