What You Will Do
- Full ADL support including bathing dressing toileting
- Assist with transfers repositioning and mobility
- Support feeding and hydration
- Maintain safety and fall prevention
- Monitor and report changes in condition
- Document detailed care notes
What We Are Looking For
- CNA or HHA certification required
- Current CPR certification
- Experience with hands on care and transfers
- Strong documentation and observation skills
- Reliable transportation and professionalism
