Assisting Hands Home Care is hiring Home Care Aides (PCA, HHA, CNA) to support seniors in Centreville and surrounding areas. We offer flexible schedules and a supportive environment where your work truly makes a difference.
Flexible shift options:
- Weekdays and weekends
- Morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts
- 4-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour shifts available
- Part-time and full-time schedules

What you’ll do:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living
- Provide mobility and transfer support
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and supervision
- Medication reminders and documentation
- Assist with transportation and errands
Requirements:
- Valid Virginia PCA, HHA, or CNA certification
- CPR certification and negative TB screening
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. and assist safely
