Key Responsibilities:
- Visit seniors in their homes and assist with daily activities (nutrition, exercise, housekeeping, etc)
- Follow the personalized plan of care set by the agency director
- Drive to all scheduled sessions on-time and ready to go
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when communicating with clients and the office
- Record and communicate session notes
- Establish rapport and connection with clients and their families

Qualifications:
- Negative TB test (not needed before interviewing)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ideal candidates are flexible and open to picking up shifts as cases are assigned
Previous experience is preferred, but not required.
Our office is based in Murray, but you may be asked to attend sessions in cities such as Holladay, Millcreek, Cottonwood Heights, Brighton, Kearns, and Taylorsville.

Compensation: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
