Home Care Sales & Marketing Specialist

Location: North & South Charlotte | Mecklenburg & Cabarrus Counties
Compensation: $65,000 – $150,000 annually (Base Salary + Performance Bonus + Mileage Reimbursement)

Assisting Hands Home Care North & South Charlotte is a leading, mission-driven in-home care provider serving the greater Charlotte area. We are seeking a motivated Homecare Sales or Clinical Professional to lead business development, marketing, and community outreach as we continue our rapid growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating families and professionals, and representing a trusted home care brand in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, senior living communities, physicians, and community partners

  • Manage a defined territory and referral routes while expanding your network

  • Conduct in-person outreach visits, presentations, and community events

  • Respond to inquiries and guide families through home care service options

  • Support marketing initiatives, social media efforts, and brand visibility

  • Track leads, referrals, and conversions using CRM tools

  • Participate in weekly meetings with the agency leadership and care team

Qualifications

  • Experience in home care sales, healthcare marketing, or in a clinical role (SW, PT, OT, LPN, RN, etc.)

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills

  • Knowledge of the healthcare and senior care ecosystem preferred

  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

  • Collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset

  • Passion for serving seniors and families

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive regularly required
