Pay and Schedule
- Base pay starts at 17 dollars per hour and may increase depending on client care level
- Full time and part time positions available
- Shifts typically range from 4 to 8 hours depending on the care plan
- Clients located within approximately 30 minutes of your home whenever possible

We are seeking caregivers who take pride in their profession demonstrate reliability and kindness and show respect in every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing dressing grooming and toileting
- Prepare meals based on client preferences and encourage hydration
- Assist with mobility support transfers and fall prevention
- Engage clients through conversation activities and cognitive engagement
- Maintain a safe comfortable home environment with light housekeeping and organization
- Document care notes and communicate updates with the office team

Requirements
- Florida CNA license or Home Health Aide certification required
- Experience supporting seniors or individuals with disabilities preferred
- Valid driver license reliable vehicle and auto insurance
- Strong communication skills patience and professionalism
- Ability to travel to client homes within the service area

Care is provided in person in client homes throughout Clay County Jacksonville and surrounding areas
