Pay and Schedule
- Base pay starts at 17 dollars per hour and may increase depending on client care level
- Full time and part time positions available
- Shifts typically range from 4 to 12 hours depending on the client care plan
- Clients located within approximately 30 minutes of your home whenever possible

Our office team works to match caregivers with clients that fit their experience schedule and location whenever possible.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including bathing dressing grooming and toileting
- Assist with mobility transfers and fall prevention
- Prepare simple meals and assist with light household tasks
- Provide companionship supportive conversation and emotional support
- Assist with transportation to appointments or errands when needed
- Document care notes and communicate updates with the office team

Requirements
- Florida CNA license or Home Health Aide certification required
- Valid driver license reliable vehicle and auto insurance
- Experience supporting seniors preferred
- Strong communication skills and a respectful compassionate approach
- Ability to travel to client homes within the service area

Care is provided in person in client homes throughout Jacksonville Orange Park Fleming Island and nearby communities
