Assisting Hands Home Care is hiring CNA and HHA caregivers in the Jacksonville area who want steady work, flexible schedules, and an office team that truly supports them.

What You’ll Do

You’ll help clients remain safe and comfortable in their own homes by providing personalized care, including:

Assistance with daily living activities
Light housekeeping
Meal preparation
Transportation to appointments or errands
Companionship and conversation

What you need

Valid Florida CNA License or HHA Certificate,
Completed Level II Background Check https://info.flclearinghouse.com
Classroom CPR Certification
Florida’s required trainings in HIV/AIDS, Alzheimer's and Related Dementias, and Assisting With Self-Administration of Medication.
Reliable transportation for client visits
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within our team and compassionate client interactions.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of our clients, with a supportive approach to providing personal care, mobility assistance, and companionship.
Comfort with pets is preferred, enhancing the ability to work in various home environments.

Work Schedule:

Flexible shifts based on available cases
Minimum 4-hour shifts, with up to 12 and 24-hour shifts available
Morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight options
