What you’ll do:
- Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
- Assist with transfers and safe mobility
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meals
- Run errands and accompany clients to appointments
- Deliver medication reminders and document care
Requirements:
- Current PCA, HHA, or CNA license in Virginia
- CPR certification and negative TB screening
- Ability to pass a background check (per VA HCO requirements)
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
- Able to lift 25 lbs. and assist clients safely
