Position Requirements:
To ensure the highest quality of care and maintain regulatory compliance, all successful candidates must meet the following criteria prior to hire:
- Transportation: A valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle to safely transport clients.
- Professional Verification: Ability to provide three (3) professional or character references.
- Health Screening: Documentation of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test result (required at or before the interview stage).
- Certifications: An active CPR Certification, or a willingness to obtain certification during onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Care Support: Assisting clients with morning routines, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Nutritional Support: Preparing healthy breakfast and lunch options, and assisting with kitchen cleanup.
- Companionship & Engagement: Offering friendly conversation, emotional support, and mental stimulation.
- Transportation & Errands: Accompanying clients to local medical appointments, pharmacy pickups, or grocery shopping.
