Pay and Schedule
- Base pay starts at 17 dollars per hour and may increase depending on client care level
- Full time and part time positions available
- Shifts typically range from 4 to 8 hours depending on the client care plan
- Clients located within approximately 30 minutes of your home whenever possible

Whenever possible we match caregivers with long term clients so strong relationships can grow. This allows caregivers to understand routines preferences and daily needs while providing consistent support.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including bathing dressing grooming and toileting
- Assist with mobility support transfers and fall prevention
- Prepare simple meals and encourage hydration
- Provide medication reminders according to the care plan
- Assist with transportation to appointments or errands when needed
- Offer companionship conversation and emotional support
- Document care provided and communicate updates with the office

Requirements
- Florida CNA license or Home Health Aide certification required
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver license reliable vehicle and auto insurance
- Strong communication skills patience and professionalism
- Ability to travel to client homes within the service area
