Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking licensed PCAs, HHAs, and CNAs to join our trusted team serving Gainesville and surrounding areas. Whether you prefer 4-hour morning shifts, 8 or 12-hour days, or a steady full-time schedule, we’ll work with you to build a schedule that fits your life.

Your responsibilities include:
- Helping clients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting)
- Supporting safe mobility and transfers
- Preparing meals and light housekeeping
- Providing companionship and engagement
- Giving medication reminders and documenting care
- Driving clients to errands, appointments, or social activities
To qualify:
- Current PCA, HHA, or CNA license issued in Virginia
- Active CPR certification and recent TB test
- Must pass a background check per Virginia regulations
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
- Physically able to lift 25 lbs. and assist safely with transfers
