Your role:
- Provide quality personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
- Support with safe transfers and mobility assistance
- Prepare meals, assist with errands, and light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and meaningful connection
- Medication reminders and recordkeeping
- Provide safe transportation for errands or outings
Requirements:
- Current Virginia PCA, HHA, or CNA license
- CPR certification and negative TB screening
- Clean background check in accordance with VA HCO regulations
- Driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable vehicle (optional)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. and safely assist clients
Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
