- Full time and part time positions available
- Weekday routes with multiple short visits scheduled into a predictable daily plan
- Visits typically range from 1 to 4 hours
- Clients located within approximately 30 minutes of your home whenever possible

As a Transportation and Short Shift Specialist you will help seniors stay active and independent by assisting with transportation short home visits and routine support. This role offers predictable daytime routes close to home.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe transportation and escort clients to medical appointments therapy visits and errands
- Assist with short home visits including light housekeeping meal preparation medication reminders and general check ins
- Provide basic mobility support transfers and fall prevention awareness
- Maintain clear documentation through the caregiver scheduling app
- Communicate proactively with the office regarding schedules or client updates

Requirements
- Florida CNA license or Home Health Aide certification required
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver license reliable vehicle and auto insurance
- Clean driving record and confidence navigating the local area

- Strong communication skills reliability and professional customer service approach
