At Assisting Hands of Collegeville, we know professional caregivers are the backbone of everything we do. We’re looking for an experienced caregiver who’s ready to commit full-time, work with a variety of clients, and be recognized as a valued member of our care team.
- Full-Time Hours, Consistent Pay: Reliable weekly schedule with up to 40 hours, Monday–Friday, between 7AM–7PM.

- Covering open shifts or starting care with new clients to ensure a smooth introduction
- Providing hands-on support: personal care, companionship, errands, meal prep, and transportation
- Coaching and training caregivers during visits, while observing and documenting client needs
- Recommending updates to care plans in collaboration with our Client Care Coordinator
- Supporting recruiting efforts with candidate screenings and caregiver check-ins
- Serving as on-call support one week each month (with added pay)
- CNA license in Pennsylvania (required)
- At least 4 years of professional caregiving or HHA experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work with any client in our service area of Montgomery County
- Starting pay: $18/hour
- Mileage reimbursement for client errands and travel between clients
- Additional $100 on-call pay per assigned week
- PTO (begins accruing on Day 1, usable after 90 days)
