About the Role:
Join Assisting Hands of Chester County South as a Marketing Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving our brand's visibility and outreach. We are looking for a creative and strategic thinker to elevate our marketing efforts and connect with our community in Kennett Square, PA and Chester County surrounding areas. Job is remote requiring one day in office per week. 


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
  • Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to attract potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to foster partnerships.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials and digital marketing assets.
  • Organize community outreach events to promote services and engage with clients.
  • Maintain the company website and optimize for SEO to improve online presence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and social media management tools.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for community engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
