- Base pay starts at 17 dollars per hour and may increase depending on client care level
- Full time and part time positions available
- Day shifts available in 4 to 8 hour blocks
- Clients located within approximately 30 minutes of Middleburg whenever possible

Assisting Hands Home Care South Jacksonville is hiring CNA and HHA caregivers to provide one on one care for seniors living at home. Caregivers help clients remain safe comfortable and independent while receiving support with daily routines.
Assisting Hands Home Care South Jacksonville is hiring CNA and HHA caregivers to provide one on one care for seniors living at home. Caregivers help clients remain safe comfortable and independent while receiving support with daily routines.
Many of our caregivers prefer this role because they have a consistent, predictable schedule and we work to match them with clients close to home whenever possible.
Responsibilities
- Provide one on one support with daily living activities including bathing dressing grooming and toileting
- Assist with mobility transfers and fall prevention
- Prepare simple meals and encourage hydration
- Provide medication reminders according to the care plan
- Light housekeeping and household support
- Provide companionship and supportive conversation
- Assist with transportation to appointments or errands when needed
- Document care provided through caregiver notes

Requirements
- Florida CNA license or Home Health Aide certification required
- Current CPR certification from an in person course
- Valid driver license reliable vehicle and auto insurance
- Completion of Florida state required home care courses including - HIV AIDS - Alzheimers and Dementia and - Assistance with Self Administration of Medication

Care is provided in person in clients homes throughout Middleburg and surrounding Clay County areas
