We are hiring compassionate CNA and HHA caregivers to support adults transitioning home after a hospital stay, surgery, illness, or rehabilitation.
Caregivers provide one-on-one non-medical home care that helps clients recover safely at home while following their discharge plan. This role focuses on fall prevention, daily support, and helping families feel confident during recovery.
Clients are located within approximately 30 minutes of Clay County whenever possible.
Pay & Schedule
- Base pay starting at $17.00 per hour (higher depending on client care level)
- Full-time, part-time, and short-term assignments available
- Flexible shifts: days, evenings, or nights
- Typical shifts run 4–12 hours
- Some weekend availability may be required
What You’ll Do
Provide supportive non-medical recovery care in clients’ homes, including:
- Preparing the home for safe recovery (clear walkways, easy-reach items, light housekeeping)
- Assisting with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Safe transfers and fall-prevention support
- Medication reminders (no medication administration)
- Transportation to follow-up appointments when needed
- Picking up prescriptions or groceries as requested
- Meal preparation and hydration support
- Light range-of-motion exercises as outlined in the care plan
- Documenting care notes through our caregiver app
- Observing and reporting potential concerns such as new pain, dizziness, swelling, or confusion

Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Florida CNA license or Home Health Aide certification
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel to client homes within the service area
- Comfort assisting with safe transfers and mobility support
- Ability to follow written discharge instructions within a non-medical scope of care
Florida state-required home care courses must also be completed.
Work Location
Care is provided in person in clients’ homes throughout Clay County and surrounding areas.
