Description: This position conducts home visits to ensure that clients’ needs are being met and requested services are being delivered appropriately. This person serves as back-up caregiver as needed, and provides weekend on-call support.

Reports To: Office Supervisor

Primary Duties:

Schedules/conducts home visits to ensure that caregivers are following the service plan and are performing their duties properly.
Meets with new clients to complete intake paperwork and provide orientation to services with Assisting Hands®.
Responsible for ensuring that the required supervisory visit schedule is followed and up to date.
Provides hands-on care giving as needed in emergency situations.
Carries the on-call phone as assigned.
Conducts caregiver training classes.
Conducts caregiver training on the job as needed.
Assists in the office periodically as needed.
Participates in occasional marketing activities such as health fairs, conference exhibits, etc.

Hours: Full time. Hours are flexible.
