This is NOT your typical caregiving role. We’re looking for a seasoned caregiver who can adapt quickly, build rapport with clients, and want to work with a variety of different clients.
- Cover open shifts and help start care with new clients
- Train and support new caregivers
- Observe and report any changes in client condition
- Work closely with the recruiting and care coordination teams
- Provide hands-on personal care: bathing, dressing, meals, transfers, companionship, transportation
- Be available to work one on-call week per month for emergencies (after probationary period)
- CNA in Pennsylvania or 4+ years of caregiving or HHA experience
- Reliable vehicle, driver’s license, insurance
- Open to travel within our service area of Montgomery County
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to train and coach other caregivers is a plus
- Full-time (Mon–Fri), 40 hours/week
- Flexibility required based on client and agency needs
- One week per month of on-call coverage (after 3 weeks of orientation)
