What You’ll Do:
As our On-Call Scheduler / CNA, you’ll serve as a key connection between our clients, caregivers, and office team—providing both exceptional care and behind-the-scenes support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing compassionate in-home care to clients when coverage is needed
- Coordinating caregiver schedules during on-call hours, including urgent shift changes
- Filling open shifts as needed or supporting caregivers in the field
- Assisting with caregiver training sessions and skill development
- Handling meet and greets with new caregivers and clients to ensure a smooth start
- Supporting the care team with administrative tasks during scheduled office hours
- Communicating regularly with the office team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Current CNA license (required)
- Minimum 5 years of CNA experience
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to complete required training through TN Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (MHSAS)
- Comfortable supervising and mentoring caregivers
