In this flexible, per-assessment role, you'll provide critical evaluations that help older adults stay independent, healthy, and safe at home, exactly where they want to be.

- Complete in-home cognitive and functional assessments with clients
- Maintain objectivity and professionalism during face-to-face visits
- Use a structured format to gather health status, medication info, and functional abilities
- Coordinate and schedule appointments directly with clients or their point of contact
- Submit assessments electronically within 24 hours of completion
- Respond to any follow-up clarification requests within 48 hours
- Earn $125 per completed assessment (within a 35-mile service area)
🔧 Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (NC or compact state)
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, preferably with geriatric populations
- Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
- Proficient in using computers/tablets and technology
- Access to a portable Windows laptop or tablet with camera and reliable internet
- Friendly, compassionate, and self-motivated personality
- Ability to remain objective and detail-oriented in assessments
