Position: Caregiver / Home Care Aide
Location: North County San Diego (Oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista, San Marcos, Encinitas, Escondido)
Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Available

What You’ll Do:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Medication reminders (non-medical)
- Maintain accurate care notes and communication with the care team
What We’re Looking For:
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable individuals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation is a plus
Requirements:
- Home Care Aide (HCA) registration (or willingness to obtain)
- CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Negative TB test (within the last 2 years)
