Welcome! We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator that will assist the office with daily tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Performs a wide range of administrative tasks This includes tasks like scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing office supplies. Sending DocuSign documents, scheduling onboarding, performing skills tests. Provides administrative support to Field Supervisor in the office as well as in the field.
- Clerical Tasks: Performs a variety of clerical tasks, including filing, copying, and sorting mail. This involves performing data entry, maintaining accurate records, filing documents, and processing paperwork. Sending faxes, type, format, or edit routine memos and other reports/spreadsheets. Clerical tasks, updating Dr appts, time off request and keeping track of expired documents and uploading them to their proper place
- Communication: Answering phones, handling email correspondence, and managing communication with caregivers as well as office staff and State. Keeping Vonage app UpToDate. Communication also Includes but not limited to sending weekly caregiver messages, preparing and mailing monthly Birthday cards, adding weekly Facebook posts, updating chalk board posts
- Reception Duties: Greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and managing the front desk. Maintaining monthly Birthday boards and caregivers of the month board.
- Office Maintenance: Keeping the office clean and organized, ordering supplies, and handling basic maintenance tasks such as emptying and removal of trash and vacuum, dust office.

Customer Service: Assisting caregivers with inquiries and resolving issues, providing customer service
- Getting daily mail
- Review and work on tasks off the dashboard
- Having a sense of Urgency for time sensitive things
- Able to assist in the field with clients when necessary

****Minimum of 2 years office experience required
Training Schedule:
- 1st and 2nd week: Monday through Friday 9-3pm
- 3rd week: 9-4pm
- 4th week: 8-4:30pm
Normal Schedule after Week 3:
- Monday through Friday 8:00 to 4:30pm
