Caregiver Responsibilities (varies by client):
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
- Medication Reminders: Keep clients on track with medication schedules
- Meal Preparation: Plan and cook nutritious meals
- Light Housekeeping: Laundry, dishes, tidying, and general cleanliness
- Transportation: Drive to appointments, errands, or social outings
- Companionship: Engage clients in conversation and activities to boost emotional well-being
- Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or private caregiver preferred
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
- Able to lift 35 lbs and assist with physical tasks such as transfers and mobility
- Must read, write, and speak English clearly
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and trustworthy
