📋 Driver Requirements:
✔️ Must be 21 years of age or older
✔️ Valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record
✔️ Reliable, insured vehicle in good condition
✔️ Ability to safely assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle
✔️ Professional, dependable, and service-oriented attitude
✔️ Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
⭐ Preferred Qualifications:
✔️ Experience in Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)
✔️ CPR certification
✔️ Familiarity with local routes and surrounding communities
🚗 Driver Responsibilities:
✔️ Provide safe, timely transportation to medical appointments, errands, and outings
✔️ Offer courteous door-to-door assistance as needed
✔️ Maintain a clean, safe, and passenger-ready vehicle
✔️ Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols
✔️ Keep accurate trip documentation and maintain communication with the team
