We’re looking for dedicated caregivers to provide top-quality in-home care to seniors and individuals in need. Whether you want flexible hours or a full schedule, we’ll support you every step of the way as you create meaningful connections and positively impact lives.

Your Responsibilities As A Caregiver:

Support individuals in their daily lives, offering comfort and dignity while giving families peace of mind.
Assist with everyday tasks like mobility, bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene, as well as light housekeeping and meal preparation when needed.
Build meaningful relationships with clients through companionship, patience, and empathy, ensuring their emotional and social well-being.
Observe and monitor clients’ conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the office promptly to ensure the highest level of care is provided.
Communicate openly with our team to help coordinate personalized care plans that respect each client’s needs and preferences.
Provide essential, in-home support that empowers clients to live independently in a safe and comfortable environment.

Requirements:

A valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
CPR certification (classroom-based)
Proof of completion for required Florida trainings: HIV/AIDS, Alzheimer’s and Related Dementias, and Assistance with Self Administration of Medication
Strong communication skills and adaptability to meet client needs with a genuine concern for others’ well-being
Dependability an commitment to providing top-quality care
Reliable transportation to client home
Comfort working in clients' homes
