Assisting Hands Home Care, a national leader for In-Home Care services is looking for an outstanding Registered Nurse to join our team. At Assisting Hands, we strive to be the best home care agency for clients and the employer of choice for admin and field staff.

In this role, you will:
• Conduct thorough client assessments
• Develop comprehensive care plans tailored to each client
• Perform 30-day check-in evaluations and 60-day re-assessments
• Conduct supervisory visits for CHHAs
• Provide essential education to Clients and CHHAs.
• Ensure the delivery of proper care to patients, adhering to acceptable standards within the RN scope of practice.
• Regular communication with patients, families, caregivers, pharmacies, doctors' offices, and medical services will be essential.

Qualifications:
• Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license, preferably with a BSN
• Proven experience in patient care. Experience in Home Care highly preferred.
• Able to travel to patients’ homes throughout Hudson and Southern Bergen counties.
• Fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID-19.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
