We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to support a client with a dynamic and assertive personality. The ideal candidate will be patient, adaptable, and skilled at navigating challenging situations while fostering a positive and respectful environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities (e.g., bathing, grooming, meal preparation).
  • Communicate effectively and build a positive rapport with the client.
  • Exhibit patience and resilience when managing demanding behaviors.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe living environment.
  • Collaborate with family members and report any concerns about the client’s well-being.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Previous experience as a caregiver, preferably with individuals who have strong personalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility.
  • Must be able to pass a Level II Background Check
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • CEUs Certification
  • Proof of a Negative Tuberculosis (TB) Screening

Skills:
  • Empathy and understanding of the client’s needs.
  • Ability to set boundaries while remaining supportive.
  • Strong organizational skills.
