Assisting Hands Home Care provides professional in-home care services that enrich the lives of our clients while promoting independence, dignity, and safety. We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and certified caregivers to join our team in providing exceptional care to seniors and individuals with disabilities throughout Florida.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping.
- Offer companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care activities and client changes.
- Follow individualized care plans and communicate effectively with the care team, clients, and families.
- Safely transport or accompany clients to appointments, errands, or community activities as needed.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid Florida CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license or HHA (Home Health Aide) certification.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance (if transporting clients).
- Minimum of 6 months of caregiving or home care experience
- Ability to lift, transfer, and provide physical assistance as needed.
- Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to improving the quality of life for clients.
