Successful Candidates will have the following qualifications:

Will have previous client/patient care experience (1 year preferred).
Has the ability to work with a diverse population comfortably.
Thrives in changing and fast paced environments.
Strong communication skills.
Able to adapt and present professionally.
Skills and knowledge with ADL and IADL cares.
- Proficient in diverse methods of Cueing and redirecting.
- Ability to assist with hygienic tasks.
- Proficiently understands and demonstrates proper transfer techniques.
- Understands the aging process and basic understanding of diseases.
If willing to drive, to have a Drivers license and insurance (Driving not required)
Clean DMV record and no criminal history.

Job Responsibilities:

Establish open communication with seniors, their families, and office staff.
Assist clients with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, transportation, ambulation, transfers
Personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care, and other services
Companionship and friendship for seniors and loved ones
Medication reminders
